Myke and Melody Dickens
Campus Ambassadors - Missions Door
Director of CA at Arizona State University - Polytechnic Campus and member of the SWARM (Southwest, Midwest, Rocky Mountain, Mexico) Leadership Team
After graduating from college in electrical engineering, Myke served a two-year missionary term in Kenya. It was there that Myke first considered career ministry. Myke's passion is to see student's lives changed by the power of Jesus, and to plant and strengthen college ministries that help facilitate that change. Myke wants to see students encounter Jesus, be empowered by the Holy Spirit, and become equipped to minister in college, in the local church, and after graduation. Myke's plan is to develop the Arizona State University ministry and plant other CA ministries in Arizona and the Southwest.
Myke was raised in a Christian family and made a conscious commitment to Christ while in high school. Melody came to know the Lord in Junior High. After graduation she served with Campus Ambassadors in Ashland, Oregon until their marriage in 1985. In 1991 they moved to Minneapolis to begin a new ministry at the University of Minnesota. In the winter of 1999, Myke, Melody, and their son Matthew relocated to Tempe, Arizona.
